Sermon Series: Why Jesus?

If someone came up to you and asked you "Why Jesus?" how would you respond? Where would we start, and how would we end? As followers of Jesus we want two things: Firstly, to be absolutely certain of the things we profess, to make sure that our lives are building on the right foundation. And secondly, we want to be able to share this good news with others. And so this Sunday, 5PM, we start a short 4 part series called "Why Jesus?" (soon to be followed by "Why Church?") focusing on why Jesus is so important to our world, and our lives, and what it means to profess him as savior and Lord. This series will follow Romans 1-5 and this Sunday we start with Romans 1-2, looking at the mess this world, and our lives, is in, and why we so desperately need God to do something about it.
