The prophets of the Old Testament called for it. It was the basis of John the Baptist's ministry. I was the first thing that Jesus called people to do. It was the conclusion to the very first sermon ever preached by a pastor. It is REPENTANCE. Everyone knows that repentance is necessary, but do we actually know what it is? What are we responding to when we all called to repent, what do we actually do, and what does it do in our lives? This Sunday we begin a new 3 part series in REPENTANCE. Read ahead in Luke 18:9-14 and Luke 19:1-10.
