Can You Help?
In the last month Tracy and I have had contact with a local family struggling with Melanoma. Last Friday Sharon was told that the melanoma had metastasized and that all they could offer was palliative care. It puts Sharon and her husband John, and their two children, in a much similar position to us a couple of years ago. In the last couple of days Sharon has decided to attempt the same treatment protocol that we undertook at the time. As you may remember, it's quite demanding. They haven't requested this, but we have offered to put a call out for help in the church for them. They require some people to grow seeds, possibly do some juicing, and there maybe some other small roles to be played. And especially, even though Sharon is not a believer, she has asked that the church might pray for her. Tracy and I see this as a great opportunity for us to witness to them.
