Synod needs
Hi all. We have a couple of critical needs for Synod – can you help us?
Accommodation
We still need a few places to accommodate some delegates to Synod. Because of transport limitations, it would be preferred if these addresses were in the Wellington Point area.
If you can help, please email synod@redlandscrc.org.au as soon as possible.
Catering
Janette Hemelaar, our catering coordinator, needs some kitchen helpers through the Synod week. No special skills are required, just a smile, a few hours, and a desire to bless others. Please contact Janette directly in 0416 000 412 or janette@royalfoods.com.au
Passion for Ministry: This Thursday, from 12:00 noon
This week Peter Adam will be speaking to us about ministry, the work of the Gospel in our church context. Peter is an excellent speaker, and this conference has been developed by Redlands CRC as an encouragement for the whole church. It is for everyone: not just pastors, leaders, or people attending Synod. Ministry leaders, youth, seniors and everyone in between will receive a great deal of benefit from this conference.
There is a cover charge of $25 for Redlands people (which covers lunch on Thursday and Friday, and tea break refreshments), but if cost is an issue, we’d be happy for you to come even if you can’t afford the registration fee.
Registrations commence Thursday 12:00 noon, sessions commence 1:00pm
Talks will be given Thursday afternoon, Thursday evening, Friday morning, afternoon and evening.
A program will be sent in a separate email on Monday May 01
