Sunday 9am

We live in a consumer society. All around us are temptations to spend money, acquire goods, services and experiences. And so its only natural that we often view the church in the same way, a spiritual shop in which to purchase spiritual goods, services and experiences. And so when we don't like the quality of goods in one shop, its easy, there are plenty of options down the road. But is this really what God has in mind? Is it really how God sees his church? Or have we missed the point? This Sunday at 5pm we begin a short series called 'Why Church?' looking at the church through God's eyes. Starting this week with Ephesians 2:11-22 we will be challenged to see the church as more than a shop, but as an integral part of our lives.
