Answered Prayer! Boundary Road: SOLD!
For some time now we have been praying that God would open the way for our Boundary Road property to be sold. We're very thankful to report that over the weekend Church Council has received and accepted a contract to sell 103 Boundary Rd, Thornlands, for $770,000. We have a small repair to complete on the property, but otherwise this sale will be unconditional. Settlement will be take place in approximately four weeks. The normal process has now be set in motion through the respective solicitors.
We're so thankful for the ongoing your ongoing prayers, and for the Lord who has answered them. Please continue to uphold those who oversee our properties, and their ongoing commitment to reduce our debt.
