Using our facilities

Just a reminder for processes when using our facilities:
1. Phone the Office to book the part of the building you want to use. Once it is on the calendar, then you will receive the forms to help you plan your Sound Requests and remind you of what needs to be done.
2. Fill out the forms and return them to the Office.
3. Use what you need from our facilities, but remember to check that everything is left the way you found it, cleaned up and turned off.
PLEASE PARTICULARLY CHECK THAT THE EXTERNAL DOOR NEAR THE OFFICE IS LOCKED WHEN YOU LEAVE.
