Month of Prayer: June 08 – The Lost
Read: Titus 3:3-7
Observe: Sin's separation is not just a matter of what happens inside us, or between us and God. Sin’s ugliness breaks relationship between people: “we lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.” These things are the breath of the snake and the smell of the fall. Our papers and newscasts are full of the ugly consequences of busted relationships and broken hearts.
Pray:
· That God will keep us from being self righteous and judgemental: that instead our hearts will seek to reflect the transforming kindness and love of God our Saviour
· That a basic reason for being church together will be to bring Christ’s light into the darkness of broken relationships: Lord, let our church be an aroma of life, and a fragrance of hope!
