RCRC Month of Prayer - News Flash
New Property Developments!
The Church Council would like you to know that in the last 24 hours one of our Ormiston neighbours has indicated that they are willing to talk about selling their property to us. This is in addition to the neighbour a few doors away who has indicated they are also willing to talk with us. The Church Council regards this as a very timely and welcome development: it may open up new avenues for further use and expansion of the current Ormiston property. Consider that at our meeting last Saturday we believed that avenues like these were simply not open to us: isn't God good!
If we are able to advance these discussions with the neighbours concerned, it may also mean that the Boundary Rd property could be sold to offset the cost of purchasing these further properties in Ormiston.
We will be able to give more information as soon as details are clear and when discussions reach a more conclusive stage.
Please note that any contract of sale offered by the CC on any property will require congregational approval. Should we get to that stage we will advise you accordingly.
Please make these matters the focus of your prayers!
Please pray for wisdom for the Church Council who, though we have prayed for precisely this sort of development for some time (especially this month), still seek that we bring this matter before the Lord's throne of grace and wisdom.
