Dear friends, just a quick note to apologise for the occasional glitches that seem to confuse some of our email posts with compressed and impossible-to-read lines. We're not entirely sure why this happens, and the last thing we want to do is fill your Inbox with emails that are illegible. We're looking for ways to avoid this in the future, but it may just take a little time. Please be patient.
