Mid Week News
Sunday
9AM: A man, lame for 38 years, is healed by Jesus at Bethesda Pool. A remarkable event in itself – so why is there no celebration? No praising God? Why did it happen that way? More importantly: what does this event tell us about Jesus, his ministry, and the church he intends to grow? Read John 5:1-18
5PM: Judgment Day. Made famous by the terminator movies, brings us to the end of the world. But what will really happen when we stand before Jesus as Judge on the real Judgement Day? Should this be a factor in your planning? Is there anything you can do that will make a difference? John 5:15-30
Burma Mission Focus
This Sunday, both services, we will meet Bella and Christobel from the New Life Orphanage in Burma. Several teams of RCRC people have made short term mission trips to Burma to minister to the orphans there. Sunday is your big chance to meet some of the people who serve the Lord in the orphanage on a day to day basis. Please come to encourage these dear friends in their ministry, and be challenged with how you can support them in their calling.

Solomon Islands Mission Car Wash - Saturday 28th October
It has been disturbing to read the dangers and difficulties that our people are facing in the Solomon Islands for the name of Jesus. As we pray for their continued work, we are also going to send some practical support.
Come and wash some cars and enjoy some fellowship. We'll also take a photo of everyone at the 10am changeover to send over. They are far away, but not alone!
Contact Damien Watson on Ph 3821 5181 or damienwatson@optusnet.com.au to book in when you are coming.
