Pledge Total so far... $1,190,000

Isn't God wonderful! He will provide. It is also a wonderful expression of unity and thankfulness to God, for what He has done.

The congregation agreed to purchase the three adjoining properties for a total of $2,375,000.

Thank you for your pledges received so far. This amount has been pledged over the next three years. Approximately half will come in during the next 12 months, and the remainder over years 2&3. 

Where are we now?

• 88 Sturgeon St House. The property has been purchased, refurbished and the new tennants are in.
• 84 Sturgeon St. (directly next door). This property settled this Tuesday and is now vacant.
• 90 Sturgeon St is planned to be settled in May, 2007.
• About $170,000 has been received so far, which has assisted in the purchase of the two properties.
• Formal valuations are currently being conducted which will assist in the purchase of the third property.
• Could I encourage those who have not pledged as yet, to advise me as soon as possible.
• The prompt payment of funds will also reduce our interest cost.

..the next steps...

• Our planning for the future Vision of RCRC ministry is continuing.
• Our many ministries at RCRC can continue to expand with sufficient resources.
• Planning Committees will be formed to assess future requirements and liaise with Council etc.
