9am: This week we start a new series: Money! Given that it's the end of the financial year, and we're all thinking about tax time, how much we earn (or would like to earn, or how much we don't earn - as the case may be...) I thought a month-long series on Money would be timely. This won't just be focussing on ‘giving', rather it will look at how and why Money is so dominant in our lives, and how as followers of Jesus, we are called to live with a distinctive Kingdom flavour.
This Sunday we're looking at what ‘treasure in heaven' is, what is means to ‘store it up', and even a little of what ‘heaven' is and what difference it makes. All very crucial stuff to understand. Who knows? Maybe deciding to come to Sunday services for the next four weeks could be the best financial decision you will ever make!
Obviously: We'll be taking a short break from the "Colossians" series while we do this.
5pm: What does a community and a life looked like that is grasped and shaken by God?
This Sunday we wrap up our series in the life of Jacob and see God bringing Jacob full circle, back to Bethel and the place of promise. We also see a number of changes in Jacob's life and family, some fruit from a life that is grasped and shaken by God. Read ahead in Genesis 35:1-15

Kids @ Nite
For the last 2 months Kids @ Nite has been operating during the 5pm services. Thank you for your patience as we have been working this out and we look forward to the continued growth of this ministry.
A couple of things to note about K@N
- K@N is children in prep to year 7. Unfortunately we do not have the leadership or facilities to cope with children younger than this at this time. A crèche is available for you to make use of.
- K@N will not be operating over the school holidays. We will resume on the 22nd of July.
