...from our South East Asian Correspondent, Eddie B (currently in China with Frank H)

During the past few days, there is growing unrest in Yangon, Capital of Myanmar. Tens of thousands of people have been protesting in the streets, led by the Budhist monks. Society is straining under the constant increase in prices of basic commodities. The cost of rice has doubled in the past twelve months,

The ruling military junta has issued warnings to the demonstrators to cease. In the past, such unrest has led to 3000 people being killed.

Please pray for

> Stability in the Country at this time
> There will be no bloodshed
> The hearts of the leaders may change
> Pray for Bella, Israel, Christabell, family and children of New Life orphanage that they will remain safe during this unrest.
