Notice of Annual General Meeting: Redlands Christian Reformed Church, Inc.
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Redlands Christian Reformed Church will be held on Sunday Nov 25 during the 9am service.
Eddie Bos, Treasurer of Redlands CRC will present the following motions for approval by the members
1. To receive the financial statements of the RCRC as presented for the year 2006-2007
2. To adopt the audited financial statements of the RCRC as presented for the year 2006-2007
3. To appoint Frederiks and Associates as auditors for the 2007-2008 year
All statements will available to the congregation on Sunday Nov 18.
Note: for those who normally attend PM church, we advise that this meeting will only be held at 9am on Nov 25. Following this meeting the Eldership will examine whether a more acceptable AGM meeting alternative can be developed which will allow for greater participation from the congregation.
