Training leaders and discipling Christians is more a models of 'each one teach one'. For too long we have left this to a few people. Do we understand the sheer power and possibility of the NT discipleship model? This is not just a matter having good teachers, this is about raising up people to carry the Gospel into the hearts, homes and communities of the future. What role might you have to play in all this?
