Jude is one of those odd little books at the end of the Bible that people don’t often read. You can read it in ten minutes but understanding it is a whole other ball game. Jude contains some of the most challenging verses in the whole New Testament, quoting obscure non-biblical refernces and speaking of Satan arguing with the archangel Michael. The letter though, teaches us a very important and relevant lesson, we need to defend the truth of the gospel. Both the people who received this letter and we as a church today need to be willing to fight for the truth, even when our opposition lies within the church.
