One of the words Christians are highly familiar with is the word: ‘gospel’. The word basically means ‘good news’ or in verbal form ‘announcing good news’. In other words, the gospel has to do with a message. It’s news. Essentially it is the news that God is restoring his kingdom peace in our world through the death and resurrection of his Son, Jesus Christ. But how does God choose to communicate this news to the world? And once the news is shared, what purpose does it achieve? Why is it supposed to be announced? Surprisingly, we find some very deep, insightful and comforting answers to these questions in Exodus 6:28 – 7:7. Please join us as we unpack this together.
