Towards Wholeness: Exercise

 

What do experts tell us makes for a healthy lifestyle today? Rest, good nutrition and exercise to name a few. The Bible also talks about the importance of all these things, making a connection between our faith and our physical and mental health. We believe that God wants us to be healthy and that part of our calling as Christians is to do whatever we can to promote healthy living in ourselves and others. It’s part of being good stewards of creation. With the huge emphasis today on improving our health and fitness today we will look at the idea of physical exercise in relation to our setting apart all of our lives for God and moving towards wholeness.
